The owners of Solutions 4 Labor worked in the building components manufacturing industry at various levels of responsibility. We have worked with many different organizations over the years and our goal is to aggressively seek solutions to todays challenges. We pride ourselves in taking action to facilitate a better industry. In most cases the industry shows the same issues in regard to finding and retaining a good working staff in all industries.
S4L has developed several programs to assist in the labor solution across America. We also saw a need for designers, architects and drafters and since, have opened a design center in Honduras to help produce a long term strategy to develop a team of bilingual designers who are loyal and fit into the proper demographic of what makes a designer successful.
Our primary focus and specialization lie in supporting the Hispanic workforce. We have observed that the language barrier often poses challenges for them when navigating traditional job search methods, as their culture differs from others. Many individuals have unfortunately faced exploitation due to this language barrier. In the Hispanic culture, word-of-mouth recommendations from trusted individuals serve as the most effective recruitment method. At one stage, we leveraged the H2B Work Visa program to establish connections with local organizations and utilized their facilities to assist in recruiting high-quality candidates. Consequently, we have earned the trust of the local community in Honduras and will continue collaborating with universities to offer opportunities to their people.
S4L will streamline a labor pool that is consistent in regards to compensation requirements that fit a demographic profile to ensure successful capacity fulfillment, without compromising the industry well-being and reducing the labor costs of our trusted affiliate partners. We desire to be the preferred labor supplier for all sectors in our space. We will reach this goal by demonstrating our ability to perform on all levels of integrity, teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.

Through our design center, we have established enduring partnerships with local universities, providing us with the necessary credibility to offer Honduran citizens exceptional career opportunities in collaboration with a renowned US company. Our association with these universities grants us unrestricted access to a pool of top-tier design candidates. Each candidate we engage possesses a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, architecture, or design, and is fluent in both Spanish and English. Honduras boasts an ample supply of individuals holding these qualifications, many of whom often find themselves in roles that do not fully utilize their skills, making them strong prospects for US companies that employ CAD-based design software.
